It does not apply to any RoundGlass Services that do not display or link to this notice, or that have their own Privacy Policies. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use. Personal information is any information that can be used to identify or contact a specific person. As with all other websites, when you visit round.glass, RoundGlass will automatically collect information during your visit to help operate and improve our site. RoundGlass employs cookies—small text files that are stored on your device—to help operate the Sites and collect information. Edifecs may retain your personal information for a variety of reasons, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as long as necessary to provide services.
If you choose to delete any Sites, we may retain your Information for as long as your account is active and within reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Sites, but normally no longer that 1 year.
Please understand that no security system is perfect and, as such, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the Sites, or that your information won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us. If we learn of a security systems breach, we may post a notice, and will take reasonable steps to remedy the breach.

You have a right to access your Personal Data you insert into the App and ask us about what king of Personal Data we have about you. You can do this by using the app settings on our mobile apps or by writing us at support@round.glass. Additionally, your state, country, nation, or other residential location may have certain statutory privacy regulations to protect your privacy rights. We will respond to any notices your deliver to us under such residential privacy regulations accordingly.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. The Services are not intended for children and we do not intentionally collect information about children under 13 years old. The Services do not collect personal data from any person we actually know is under the age of 13. If you are aware of anyone under 13 using the Services, please contact us at support@round.glass and we will take required steps to delete such information and (or) delete the account. Additionally, the residential privacy regulations noted above may include age-specific requirements and we will modify or delete account information to comply with such requirements.
We will occasionally update our Privacy Policy to reflect customer feedback and changes in our privacy policies and practices. When we post changes to a notice, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the notice. If there are material changes to the notice or in how RoundGlass will use your personal information, we will notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes before they take effect.
